The Economic Department - Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just reported on the results of handling land violations and construction order in week 15 (from April 9, 2026 to April 15, 2026).
During the week, the Economic Department organized 5 actual patrols, combined with flycam inspection of the current situation in the villages: Can Thuong, Dinh Tu, Phu My, Ngoc Than, Ngoc Phuc and Lien Tri Dong Son. As a result, 4 violations were detected, of which 4/4 cases had been recorded for current status inspection; 1/4 cases had been recorded for administrative violations.
In the coming time, the Economic Department will continue to inspect and review the entire area; detect early and handle from the beginning; review construction investment projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Along with that, strengthen patrols in sensitive areas (agricultural land, rice land, public land); promote propaganda in many forms, raise people's awareness of law compliance.
The Economic Department will focus on definitively handling 37 cases of land violations, according to a clear roadmap: For 19 cases that have been recorded, it will advise on issuing sanctioning decisions; for 10 cases that have issued sanctioning decisions, it will advise on issuing coercive decisions; for 8 cases that have issued coercive decisions, it will develop plans and options for coercion according to regulations.
For 7 cases in Ao Sen area, Dong Bu village, from April 20, 2026 to April 29, 2026, the Economic Department will organize a current status inspection and establish dossiers, verify, handle violations and advise the Commune People's Committee to issue coercive decisions according to regulations.
