On March 31, Phu Xuyen Commune People's Committee organized a conference to deploy a plan to force the implementation of remedial measures for 23 cases of land law violations in Phu Xuyen commune.
At the conference, representatives of the Commune Economic Department presented the entire coercion plan, which clearly stated the current situation of violations of 23 households and individuals with many illegal constructions (mainly level 4 houses, iron frame factories, corrugated iron roofs) that have existed for a long time.
The plan also clearly defines the purpose and requirements of coercion to restore discipline in land management and construction order; and at the same time specifically assign tasks to each participating force and unit, ensuring that the implementation process is in accordance with legal regulations, safe and effective.
According to the plan, from 6:30 am on April 14, Phu Xuyen Commune People's Committee will organize coercion against 23 violations that have been recorded in the commune.
Accordingly, in Tri Le village, 2 cases; Son Thanh village, 2 cases; Van Minh village, 2 cases; Chanh Thon village, 3 cases; Lam Son village, 1 case; Dong Chanh village, 1 case; Nguyen Hanh village, 8 cases; Phu My village, 3 cases.
The coercion will be organized in a rolling manner, with the participation of forces and departments divided into working groups to implement. Means and machinery serving coercion such as excavators, trucks, and welding equipment have been fully prepared.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chung - Standing Vice Chairman of Phu Xuyen Commune People's Committee emphasized that this is an important step in implementation, the organization of coercion must be carried out seriously, in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring publicity, transparency, and objectivity; requiring forces to uphold the spirit of responsibility, closely coordinate, flexibly handle arising situations, resolutely but appropriately, and ensure absolute safety for people and vehicles.
The Standing Vice Chairman of Phu Xuyen Commune People's Committee also emphasized the need to strengthen propaganda and mobilize violating households to voluntarily comply and proactively overcome the consequences from now until April 13.
