The Lien Hamlet 2-3-4 route, Vinh Loc commune (HCMC) is about 3 km long, becoming a long-standing obsession and frustration for the people. The road surface is full of "potholes", with stagnant water like ponds, making it extremely difficult for people to travel and live.

Ms. Thao (42 years old, living in Vinh Loc commune) was frustrated: "The road is degraded and flooded, making it impossible for people on both sides to do business. Many times I saw students and workers fall while traveling." Although the rain has stopped for two days, many sections of the road are still flooded.
Mr. Nguyen Van Nam (residing in Vinh Loc commune) said that the road has been damaged for a long time but has not been repaired. "dusty in the sun, deeply flooded in the rain because there is no drainage culvert. Traveling is very difficult, and trading is also difficult. I hope the road will be fixed soon so that people can travel conveniently, Mr. Nam shared.

According to Lao Dong, Lien Ham 2-3-4 road connecting Nu Dan Cong Street to Le Thi Ngay Street has been severely damaged after prolonged heavy rains, and has been in a state of disrepair for more than a month.
The road surface is full of "potholes", flooded, causing difficulties and dangers to traffic participants. Damages appear everywhere along the route, forcing people to move slowly and avoid them to avoid slipping and falling. The most severely damaged section is located near the area adjacent to Nu Dan Cong Street.

Local residents said the road has been degraded for a long time, but recent heavy rains have made the damage more serious, with many sections subsided and water stagnant. People have repeatedly petitioned and hoped that the government will soon take remedial measures to ensure safety.

Faced with the above situation, a representative of Vinh Loc Commune People's Committee said that the locality will temporarily repair the road to ensure safety. In addition, this route has been included in the medium-term public investment portfolio and will be comprehensively renovated in the near future.
