The ABAC 3 session in Hai Phong took place from July 15 to July 18, gathering more than 1,000 delegates who are leaders of the Party, State; central ministries, branches; and the city. Including about 250 international delegates, including ABAC members from 21 APEC economies, leaders of multinational corporations, Financial Institutions, Innovation and Research Centers and International Organizations. In particular, the event will have the presence of Ambassadors from leading economies such as the United States, Germany, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, etc.
Hai Phong Investment Promotion Conference 2025 - one of the highlights of activities on the sidelines of ABAC 3. At the conference, investors will be introduced in detail about the potential, advantages and strategic investment opportunities in Hai Phong, focusing on the establishment of a free trade zone, a strategic competitive advantage that opens up new development space; announce and award Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city. In addition, the city will issue investment registration certificates and sign memorandums of understanding on investment cooperation with many leading domestic and international enterprises and corporations, with many large-scale projects that are meaningful, play a particularly important role in the development of Hai Phong with a total registered capital of more than 15.6 billion USD.
The City Conference - Exhibition Center - a modern architectural work with a scale of 3 floors, a total floor area of nearly 50,000 m2, and a capacity of 1,500 seats - is the main venue for this Investment Promotion Conference. Up to now, the large hall and multi-purpose conference rooms at the center have completed the final preparation stage, ready to serve the conference successfully and attentively.
