Recorded at the National Highway 28B Renovation and Upgrade Project through Binh Thuan province in the last days of March, many locations were constructed in the "da beo" style, wherever there was a site, construction was done there. The contractor has arranged many construction teams at the locations where the site has been allocated.
In Song Binh commune, Bac Binh district, both sides of the road are fenced with ropes to construct the roadbed expansion site. For locations that have been cleared, construction of roadbed structures and rolling will be carried out.
Many locations have been extended for construction because of the mountain cliffs being scraped to expand the site. Dump trucks carrying soil and rocks scraped down from the cliff to another location for construction. There is also a pass abyss with additional sand and dirt to expand.

Many locations are being added with sewers due to the widening of the road surface. In the pass bays, the construction unit has foundation pillars planted deep into the abyss and are as high as the road surface to widen the roadbed. Many dump trucks and motor vehicles are constructing items right in the middle of the pass.

Workers work all day on Sunday to cast slopes in areas prone to landslides. Many construction sites on one side are still left with vehicles on the other, whether traveling on dirt roads, gravel or climbing on high ground, causing cars to touch the ground.

National Highway 28B through Binh Thuan has many curves, so drivers of vehicles must be careful when braking to avoid slipping. Because the construction road surface has gravel and rocks on the ground, many locations are covered with dust if cars run passing by.

National Highway 28B starts at the Luong Son intersection (intersection with National Highway 1A at Km 1656+900) in Luong Son town, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province. The end point is at the Tahine intersection at Km 68 (intersection with National Highway 20 at Km 185+690) in Duc Trong district, Lam Dong.

Up to now, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province has basically completed the work of considering the legality and approving the district-level compensation council for related organizations, households and individuals. In addition, it has also coordinated with the construction unit to relocate electricity, water, and telecommunications items at locations where the contractor is constructing to avoid affecting the progress of the National Highway 28B Upgrade and Renovation Project through Binh Thuan province.

According to the Project Management Board, the completed volume of construction package No. 1 (km 0 - Km2) has been constructed at a rate of 11.74%; construction package No. 2 (km 42 - Km69) has reached a rate of 27.47%.

The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province requested the People's Committee of Bac Binh district to coordinate with relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance for the project, with the goal of handing over the entire project site to the construction unit by April 30.
