Strengthen the organization of comprehensive inspection and review of labor safety management at construction works in the area, especially key transport infrastructure works. The inspection content must focus on measures to ensure safety for people, machinery, equipment, and construction means; focus on construction items in mountainous terrain, steep slopes, and areas at risk of landslides and collapses.
When detecting a risk of unsafety, the units must request to stop construction immediately and request the construction partner to take remedial measures before resuming construction, ensuring absolute safety for workers.
Resolutely handle violations according to authority, including suspending construction, revoking construction permits or recommending administrative sanctions for serious work-related violations that cause great damage to people and property.
