On July 4, in Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province, the Command (BTL) of Coast Guard Region 4 held a conference to announce the decision and assign tasks to CSB-4040 Ship District.
At the Conference, the Command of the Region announced the Decision of the Vietnam Coast Guard Command on establishing a receiving frame for TT-400 high-speed patrol boat number ten (CSB-4040); Decision to establish CSB-4040 Ship Party Cell; announced, presented personnel decisions and assigned specific tasks to officers and soldiers of the boat frame.
Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the Ship sufferers, Colonel Tran Nguyen Lai, Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Regional Command, requested the officers and soldiers of the ship crew to promote a high sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the plan and regulations during the training and receipt of ships at the factory, ensuring absolute safety for people, equipment and vehicles. Closely coordinate with the factory and authorities, quickly grasp technical features, master modern weapons and equipment on the ship. Agencies and units throughout the Command of the Region are interested in and create conditions in all aspects for CSB-4040 Shipframe to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
On behalf of the Ship sufferers, the Captain of CSB-4040 reported on the preparation work and expressed the spirit of solidarity, overcoming difficulties, and determination to complete the assigned tasks of the officers and soldiers of the entire ship; ensuring the receipt, operation, and bringing the Ship to the Command of the Region safely, on schedule, and readiness to effectively carry out patrol, control, and law enforcement tasks at sea.
CSB-4040 ship was identified by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Chief of the Vietnam Coast Guard as a project to celebrate the 6th Congress of the Coast Guard Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
The receipt of CSB-4040 Ship once again affirms the investment interest of the Party, State, and Army in the Vietnam Coast Guard in general and the Command of Coast Guard Region 4 in particular to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern Vietnam Coast Guard. Contributing to improving the capacity to enforce the law, firmly protecting security, sovereignty, order and safety in the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
