On March 4, the Command (BTL) of Coast Guard Region 4 organized training to change to combat readiness (SSCĐ) at the beginning of training phase I in 2026 with the content "Changing SSCĐ status from regular to high to perform combat tasks to protect sea and island sovereignty".
With careful, serious preparation and high sense of responsibility, the Regional Command and agencies and units have successfully completed the training tasks. Implementing all steps correctly and fully according to the plan; during the training process, the commander proactively gives situations and organizes accurate handling according to regulations; the operation of the commander and agency ensures tightness, rhythm, and closeness to the task situation; officers and soldiers firmly grasp the assigned tasks, raise their sense of responsibility in preparing, training, and handling situations flexibly, ensuring absolute safety...
Immediately after the training ended, the Regional Command organized a Conference to draw experience from the preparation work, organize training deployment and training to change to combat readiness status at the beginning of training phase I in 2026.

Speaking to direct at the Conference, Major General Dao Ba Viet, Commander of the Region, praised the agencies and units for their efforts, successfully completing the assigned tasks, and ensuring absolute safety.
Comrade Commander of the Region requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to focus on leading and directing to improve the quality of training and exercise work of agencies and units; each level must regularly and proactively organize exercises close to the actual situation and task requirements. Actively do better in preparing for training and exercise tasks; organize research and workshops to clarify the contents in training issues and deploy timely and full training and exercises for cadres at all levels. Seriously and with quality maintain training plans, regular routines, and discipline management right from the first hour to the first day.
Training to switch to combat readiness status at the beginning of training phase I is a regular annual task, always effectively and with quality implemented by Coast Guard Region 4 Command. Thereby, improving the command level, advising commanders and agencies in combat readiness, improving the overall quality and combat strength of the Region Command, ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to firmly protecting sea and island sovereignty, maintaining political security, order and safety in the assigned management sea area.
