According to information from Hanoi Police, at around 4:03 p.m. on August 2, a fire broke out at a house in lane 220 Bac Cau Street, Bo De Ward, Hanoi City.
Upon receiving the report, the Command Information Center - Hanoi City Police mobilized the Fire Fighting and Rescue Teams of Areas No. 01 and 18 - Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department to dispatch 3 fire trucks, 1 motorbike, and officers and soldiers (CBCS) to quickly go to the scene to organize fire fighting and rescue.
The house on fire has a scale of 3 floors, 1 attic, area of about 35m2, located in a deep alley, about 200m from the traffic road.
As soon as he arrived at the scene, through reconnaissance information, assessing that the fire started in the first floor area and there were still people trapped in the fire, the Fire Fighting Commander quickly directed officers and soldiers to bring personal protective equipment and air intakes to coordinate with the police force of Bo De Ward and the masses to exploit the approach locations, move up to the upper floors to search, rescue and rescue people trapped in the fire.
Along with that, the Fire Fighting Commander also quickly directed the deployment of fire fighting teams to prevent the fire from spreading to the upper floors of the house.


After a period of fire fighting and search and rescue efforts, at around 4:61 p.m., the fire was completely extinguished, and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police promptly brought the 3 victims (children of the homeowner) trapped on the 2nd floor of the house down the stairs to a safe area, handing them over to the medical team for emergency care (currently the health of the 3 victims has stabilized).
The cause of the fire is being further investigated by the authorities and clarified according to the provisions of law.
