First point: Low-altitude fireworks display in Le Thai To street (near Tam Quan gate and Ky Lan lake), Hoa Lu ward. The expected time is from 10:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. on August 31.
Second point: High-altitude fireworks display at Dinh Tien Hoang Square, Hoa Lu Ward. The expected time is from 10:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. on September 2.
