Drivers of trucks and passenger cars entering Hanoi need to clearly understand the limited routes and traffic flow

Tomorrow (8. 27), the authorities will announce a number of routes to limit and divert traffic to Hanoi, serving the A80 pre-show.

On the evening of August 26, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Ministry of Public Security announced temporary traffic diversion to serve the preliminary approval program for the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.

Traffic flow outside Hanoi will be implemented from 11:00 on August 27 to 0:30 on August 28, for trucks with a capacity of 10 tons or more, and passenger cars with 45 seats or more.

The route restricts road traffic towards the center of Hanoi:

For expressways:

- Hanoi - Ninh Binh Expressway (CT01): from Thuong Tin intersection (km 192+300 CT01, Hong Van commune, Hanoi);

- Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (CT04): from Yen My intersection (km 21+500 CT04);

- Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (CT07): from Van Xuan intersection (intersection with National Highway 3 at km 40+700 CT07) to the intersection with National Highway 18 (Yen Phong commune, Bac Ninh province);

- Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway (CT05): from Binh Xuyen - IC3 intersection (CT05 intersection with Provincial Road 310B in Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province).

For national highways:

- National Highway 1A: from the intersection of Phan Trong Tue Street (provincial road 70A) - Ngoc Hoi (National Highway 1A); National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway): from the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (km 152+600 National Highway 1A);

- National Highway 2: from the National Highway 2 intersection - Vo Van Kiet Street.

- National Highway 3: from the Cavalry Regiment (Ba Xuyen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province) → the section from the 8th Revolutionary Road intersection, National Highway 3 to Nam Tien intersection (from km 46+650 to km 41+900 National Highway 3) → Tran Nguyen Han Street (Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province) - to Van Xuan CT07.

- National Highway 5: from Cau Chui intersection (Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Van Cu).

- National Highway 6: from the intersection with Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road (km 65+100 QL6).

- National Highway 21A: from the intersection with National Highway 32 to Cho Ben intersection (intersection with National Highway 21A and Ho Chi Minh Road).

- National Highway 18: section from the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway CT07 (Yen Phong commune, Bac Ninh province).

Road traffic from the Northern provinces to the Northwestern provinces and vice versa:

Vehicles from National Highway 32 → Provincial Road 316 → Provincial Road 317 → National Highway 6 to the Northwestern provinces (not passing through Dong Quang Bridge, Vinh Thinh Bridge, Trung Ha Bridge, Van Lang Bridge).

Vehicles to the IC4, IC8 intersections of the Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway (CT05) and the National Highway 2 intersection with National Highway 2C follow the traffic diversion route at point 4.1.1 Section II of this Notice.

Road traffic from the Northern provinces to the Northeastern provinces and vice versa:

Vehicles on the Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway (CT05) or National Highway 2A → National Highway 18 (Ha Long - Noi Bai Expressway) → turn onto the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (CT07) at the intersection of National Highway 18 with CT07 (Yen Phong Commune, Bac Ninh Province) → go to the intersection with Ring Road 3 (near Phu Dong Bridge) → National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway (CT01) to the Northeastern provinces.

Road traffic from the Northwestern provinces (National Highway 6) to the South and vice versa:

At Man Duc intersection (km 101+120 National Highway 6, Tan Lac Commune, Phu Tho Province): follow National Highway 12B to Cho Da intersection (km 496+600 Ho Chi Minh Road, Dai Dong Commune, Phu Tho Province) → Ho Chi Minh Road to the southern provinces.

At Doc Cun (km 83+530 National Highway 6, Cao Phong Commune, Phu Tho Province): follow Provincial Road 12B → Hang Doi Intersection (km 47+700 DT12B) → National Highway 21 → Ho Chi Minh Road (km 450+900, Cao Duong Commune, Phu Tho Province) to Thanh Hoa, Southern provinces.

Road traffic from the southern provinces to the northwestern or eastern provinces:

For the Hanoi - Ninh Binh Expressway (CT01):

Dong Giao intersection (km 282 CT01, Tam Diep ward, Ninh Binh province): follow Hoa Lu Avenue → National Highway 12B → Ho Chi Minh Road to Phu Tho province, Northwest;

Mai Son intersection (km 274 CT01, Yen Thang ward, Ninh Binh province): follow the old Ninh Binh City bypass route → National Highway 1 to the intersection with National Highway 21B (old Provincial Road 494) → Phu Ly City bypass route to Phu Tho, Northwestern provinces.

>> Vehicles turn right onto National Highway 21B (old Provincial Road 494) to the eastern provinces.

Cao Bo intersection (km 260 CT01, Y Yen commune, Ninh Binh province): along National Highway 10 to the eastern provinces (Hai Phong, Quang Ninh);

Liem Tuyen intersection (km 230 CT01, Liem Tuyen ward, Ninh Binh province): go to National Highway 21B (old Provincial Road 494) → the road connecting Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway with Hanoi - Ninh Binh Expressway to the Eastern provinces.

>> Vehicles travel along National Highway 21B → Phu Ly City bypass road to Phu Tho and the Northwestern provinces.

Vuc Vong intersection (km 219 CT01, Dong Van ward, Ninh Binh province): follow National Highway 38 → Yen Lenh bridge → National Highway 39 → Noi street → National Highway 5 or Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway to the eastern provinces.

For National Highway 1A:

Duyen Ha intersection (km 274 National Highway 1A): follow the traffic diversion route at point 4.4.1 (b) section II of this Notice;

Intersection of National Highway 1A with Phu Ly City bypass (km 235+800 National Highway 1A): follow the traffic diversion route at points 4.4.1 (d and d) Section II of this Notice.

Vehicles from the Eastern provinces to the Southern, Northeastern, Northern provinces and vice versa:

For the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (CT04):

From Yen My intersection (km 21+500 CT04, Yen My commune, Hung Yen province): go to the road connecting Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with Hanoi - Ninh Binh expressway via Hung Ha bridge → Liem Tuyen intersection or onto National Highway 39 via Yen Lenh bridge → Hanoi - Ninh Binh expressway to the southern provinces;

From Yen My intersection to National Highway 5 → National Highway 17 or onto National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang expressway) to the Northern and Northeastern provinces.

For National Highway 5:

From Nhan Hoa overpass (km 24+250 National Highway 5): → National Highway 39 → Yen Lenh bridge or the road connecting Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway with Hanoi - Ninh Binh expressway through Hung Ha bridge → Hanoi - Ninh Binh expressway to the southern provinces.

From National Highway 5 → National Highway 17 or onto National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway) to the Northern and Northeastern provinces.

Vehicles from the Northeast provinces to the Northern and Eastern provinces and vice versa:

For National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway (CT01)):

From Kha Le overpass (km 139 National Highway 1A) → National Highway 18 or to the intersection with CT07 to the northern provinces;

Vehicles to Bo Son overpass (km 138+500 National Highway 1A) → National Highway 38 → National Highway 17 go to National Highway 5 or Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway (km 7 CT04) to the eastern provinces.

For provincial road 295B (old National Highway 1A):

From the intersection with Provincial Road 277 (Tu Son Clock Tower, km 154+100 DT 295B) turn right onto the new Provincial Road 277 (towards Dong Ky) → Provincial Road 286 → Huynh Thuc Khang Street (Yen Phong Commune, Bac Ninh Province) → National Highway 18 to the Northern provinces;

Vehicles from the intersection with Provincial Road 277 → National Highway 1A (towards Den Do) to the eastern provinces.
