Thong Nhat bridge is an important item of key nature of the entire Bien Hoa central trunk road construction project, the section from Vo Thi Sau street to Dang Van Tron street (total project investment of more than 1,500 billion VND).
According to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters on February 2, the final stages are being actively implemented by the construction contractor to promptly open technical traffic on February 3.

The Bien Hoa Central Main Road Construction Project (total length of the route is more than 5.4 km), is one of the key infrastructure projects of the locality started in 2022.
According to the plan of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), Dong Nai province will simultaneously organize the groundbreaking ceremony, groundbreaking ceremony, and technical traffic opening for 5 projects on February 3.
Among them, there are 2 projects that will be newly started construction, including: Tin Nghia Primary School Project, Binh Loc ward, Dong Nai province and Cai riverside road project (route section) in Tran Bien and Tam Hiep wards, Dong Nai province.

In addition, 1 project that will hold the groundbreaking ceremony is the High-Tech Livestock Area Project in Thuan Loi commune, Dong Nai province. This is a project with a large area and total investment capital that will be grounded on this occasion with 1,500 hectares and a total investment of about 30,500 billion VND.
Along with that, 2 projects will be technically opened to traffic: the Thong Nhat Bridge Project and the Ring Road 1 Long Khanh Project.
The total investment of 5 projects that were started, grounded, and technically opened to traffic on February 3, 2026 in the province is nearly 33,000 billion VND.
Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai province, after merging Buu Long, Quang Vinh, Trung Dung, Thong Nhat, Hiep Hoa and An Binh wards from July 1, is considered one of the "super wards" of the country with a population of about 200,000 people.
