Heavy rain caused many roads in wards such as Ward 1 Bao Loc, Ward 2 Bao Loc, Ward 3 Bao Loc and Ward B'Lao to be flooded.

Many roads such as Nguyen Cong Tru, Phan Dinh Phung, Ha Giang, Hoai Thanh, Huynh Thuc Khang, Tran Phu (National Highway 20), Dinh Tien Hoang and Ky Con... were deeply submerged in water.

Many roads were flooded from 0.4 to 0.6 meters deep. The road was deeply flooded, causing water to flood into the houses of many households on the roads.

Heavy rain was also accompanied by strong gusts of wind, causing many urban trees on some roads to be uprooted and fallen, obstructing traffic.

Many trees also fell into people's houses, damaging people's houses. By 3:30 p.m. the same day, the heavy rain had stopped but many areas were deeply flooded.
