Pre-examination for health must be strict, ensuring a reasonable rate of medical examination calls (no more than 4 young men/1 military enlistment quota).
The military recruitment work needs to prioritize the selection of young people with good health, high cultural qualifications, who are party members, graduated from intermediate, college, university, civil servants, public employees, or have artistic, sports and vocational talents, contributing to improving the quality of building the Army and Police in the new situation.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized the implementation of the Army's rear policy; timely rewards and encouragement for outstanding collectives, individuals, families and young people.
At the same time, strictly handle violations of the Law on Military Service. The Provincial Military Command is responsible for directing the Provincial Military Command to coordinate with relevant units to advise and organize the Solemn Handover - Acceptance Ceremony, in accordance with the spirit of "Army Festival".
