This is one of the contents stated in the Central Steering Committee's request to summarize Resolution No. 18, after General Secretary To Lam's recent meeting with key leaders.

The Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18 requested the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee to lead and direct: The Ministry of Finance to preside over research and propose a plan to reorganize state-owned enterprises and the apparatus within enterprises under the management authority of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government and localities in accordance with the new situation.
