The fire occurred at about 5:15 am on February 20 (ie, the 4th day of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo) at a business household in My Dien 2 residential group, Nenh ward.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police Department (Bac Ninh Provincial Police) dispatched 4 fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene to organize firefighting. When they arrived at the scene, the fire had engulfed 3 adjacent business stores of three households living in My Dien 2 residential group.
At about 6 am on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished.
