According to initial information, at about 8:30 am, local residents discovered black smoke billowing from the high floor area of the restaurant. At this time, there were people inside the restaurant, but fortunately everyone shouted and managed to escape safely before the fire spread.

As soon as the fire broke out, people around shouted to each other to put out the fire, however, because the fire point was on the 3rd floor and there were many flammable objects, on-site firefighting was unsuccessful.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Fighting force quickly mobilized many fire trucks and soldiers to approach the scene. Only about 15 minutes after deploying formations, functional forces completely controlled the fire, preventing it from spreading to neighboring houses.

It is known that at the time of the incident, this restaurant was in the process of closing for repair.
Currently, functional forces are still strictly cordoning off the scene to conduct measurements, examinations and investigate to clarify the cause of the fire.
