Information from the Hai Phong City Traffic Safety Board, a traffic accident has just occurred in the area, causing both husband and wife to be injured and killed.
At about 12:30 pm on May 1st, on provincial road 352 in Viet Khe commune, Hai Phong, Mr. P.T. A (born in 1990, permanently residing in Lai Xuan 2 village, Viet Khe commune) driving a car with license plate 15K-424. xx collided with a motorbike with license plate 15G1-690. xx driven by Mr. V.V.H (born in 1996, permanently residing in Chinh My 12 residential group, Le Ich Moc ward, Hai Phong).
At this time, the car driven by Mr. P.T. A was traveling from Viet Khe commune towards Le Ich Moc ward. Mr. V.V.H was carrying his wife, Ms. N.T. Q (born in 1997) and son, V.M.H (born in 2021, both residing in Chinh My 12 residential group, Le Ich Moc ward), traveling in the opposite direction.
The traffic accident killed Mr. H. on the spot, and Ms. Q. was injured. At the scene, both vehicles were heavily damaged.
Upon receiving the news, the ward police force and relevant functional units were present to regulate traffic, protect and examine the scene, investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
The preliminary cause is that Mr. P.T. A lost control of his speed, causing the above collision.
