At about 2:20 a.m. on April 2, a fire broke out fiercely at a house on Mac Van Street, Xom Coi Ward, District 8. People around shouted and tried to put out the fire on the spot but failed.


On-site firefighters quickly arrived, and at the same time reported to the scene professional firefighters to deploy fire fighting work.
Dozens of officers and soldiers arrived at the scene and sprayed water to extinguish the fire.

Initially, it was determined that the fire killed three people ( two adults and one child). At the time of the fire, there were 8 people, but 5 people managed to escape.
Currently, the authorities are still blocking the scene to investigate the fire.
Representative of the People's Committee of Xom Tham ward (District 8), said the ward leaders and representatives of District 8 were present at the scene to encourage and comfort the victim's relatives. In the immediate future, a part of the cost of the victim's family will be buried for the victims to die.
