The Sa Pa town new administrative center project for internal road system and technical infrastructure was approved by Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee under Decision No. 2129 dated August 21, 2024.
This is a group B project with a total investment of 100 billion VND, the Sa Pa Construction Investment Project Management Board is assigned as the project investor.
According to the reporter's investigation at the National Bidding Network System, on July 23, the Sa Pa Construction Investment Project Management Board issued a notice to invite bids for Package No. 02: Construction works + Construction equipment installation of the project.
Package No. 02 is priced at more than VND 91 billion from the provincial budget land use fee collection capital, the bidding time is August 11, 2025, the package implementation period is 540 days (from the date of signing the contract).
According to the project documents, the project will be constructed in Sa Pa ward, the scope of work of the above package will be to level the site within the approved approved adjusted planning with an area of about 3 hectares; design the system of traffic routes according to urban road standards, with a total length of about 2.7km (including 6 routes).
Along with that, the package will construct the following items: Wastewater drainage, surface drainage, technical ditches; Water supply; Power supply; Lighting.
According to the reporter's investigation, also on July 23, along with the above project package, the Sa Pa Construction Investment Project Management Board announced the invitation to bid for 5 packages of 5 different projects.
Specifically, the Sa Pa Construction Investment Project Management Board has announced the bidding invitation:
Package No. 01: Construction works + installation of construction equipment of the project. Install a new LED screen of the Ethnic Culture Park and the vibrant market area of Sa Pa town. The package price is nearly 4 billion VND.
Construction package of the traffic safety guard project of DH96 road (from Hoang Lien village, Ho commune to Thanh Binh commune People's Committee), Sa Pa town. The package price is nearly 8.9 billion VND.
Package No. 01: Construction works + installation of fire protection equipment of the Northwest Park + Cultural House project, Phan Si Pang ward, Sa Pa town (now Sa Pa ward, Lao Cai province). The package price is nearly 8.7 billion VND.
Package No. 02: Construction of works + Installment of equipment for the Internal Road System project, technical infrastructure of the new administrative center area of Sa Pa town. The package price is more than 91 billion VND.
Construction package of the project to renovate and repair DH93 road, Cau May ward, Sa Pa town ( Nay is Sa Pa ward, Lao Cai province). The package price is more than 3 billion VND.
