According to the submission of the People's Committee of Nam Dinh province, 57 communes and wards after the reorganization in Nam Dinh will have 1 Chairman and 2 Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee. In which, many new commune and ward leaders are leaders and cadres at the district and city levels before.

Previously, the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee issued a document, along with a list of people expected to be assigned to be Party Committee Secretaries, Chairmen of People's Committees and Chairmen of People's Councils at the commune and ward levels to the Central Party Office after the arrangement and merger.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee appointed Mr. Tran Anh Dung - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, as the advisory unit of Nam Dinh province after the arrangement and merger.
The document also includes a list of 114 cadres expected to be assigned to be Party Committee Secretaries, Chairmen of People's Committees and Chairmen of People's Councils of 57 communes and wards after the arrangement and merger in Nam Dinh.
