Accordingly, the art program combined with fireworks will take place at 8:00 p.m. on April 25, 2025 at Minh Thang Residential Area Park.
The budget for organizing art programs comes from the budget of Ca Mau city according to the management decentralization and the budget for organizing fireworks displays from socialized sources according to regulations.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant units to develop and implement the content of the art program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country. In particular, actively coordinating with the units operating the music movement, creating joyful and excited life. At the same time, implementing the reception work, welcoming delegates to the program.
The Provincial Military Command supports the placement of fireworks and the organization of fireworks displays to ensure safety and efficiency.
The Provincial Police will develop a scenario to ensure security, order, traffic safety, and fire prevention; coordinate with the People's Committee of Ca Mau City to have a plan for locations for parking cars and motorbikes for delegates and people (compliant with regulations if there are fees).
