Continuing to accelerate the progress of compensation and support for site clearance to serve the Hanoi International Sports Urban Area project, on July 30, Thanh Oai commune organized the payment of compensation and support money to 25 households and individuals in Tan Dan 1 village (now Tan Dan village) with agricultural land within the project implementation area.
Accordingly, the total amount of compensation and support paid in this phase is nearly 22 billion VND.
The payments include compensation for land, assets on land and support policies according to current regulations of the State, ensuring full legitimate rights and interests of households whose land is recovered.
Payment work is organized seriously, in the correct order and procedures according to the provisions of law; the implementation process takes place publicly, transparently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
The list of households and individuals along with compensation and support plans has been publicly posted for people and functional agencies to monitor and supervise.
The implementation of compensation payment and site clearance support demonstrates the determination of Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee in accelerating the progress of the Hanoi International Sports Urban Area project, while creating consensus among the people, contributing to early handover of clean land to serve the project implementation according to plan.
The Hanoi International Sports Urban Area project is a key project of particular importance to the development of the locality.
When completed, the project is expected to contribute to completing the technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure, creating motivation to attract investment, develop services, trade, improve the quality of people's lives and promote socio-economic growth in the area.
