The Government Office issued Official Letter No. 4005 on investment in Tuy Loan intersection under the Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway project on May 9.
The Official Letter stated the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, requesting the Ministry of Construction to urgently implement the direction of the Government leaders in Document No. 3100/VPCP-CN, soon submitting to the Prime Minister decided to assign the People's Committee of Da Nang City to manage Tuy Loan intersection.
At the same time, the Ministry of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Da Nang City to propose capital sources for investment at Tuy Loan intersection according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
Earlier, on 6.2, the Government Office Official Letter No. 865/VPCP -CN on investing in the construction of Tuy Loan intersection of the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project. In particular, the Ministry of Transport shall adjust the Da Nang - Quang Ngai highway project according to the authority and provisions of law; Coordinate with the People's Committee of Da Nang City to submit to the Prime Minister to assign the Tuy Loan intersection management agency in accordance with the Government's Decree No. 165/2024/ND-CP of December 27, 2024, completed in February 2025.
