On March 3, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee issued a notice on the collection of trees, crops and assets on land of households and individuals within the scope of the Ring Road Project of Bac Phu Cat Industrial Park (now Hoa Lac High-Tech Park), the area in Phu Cat commune, Hanoi City.
The project was approved by the Hanoi City People's Council in Resolution No. 04/NQ-HĐND dated April 9, 2019, and the Hanoi City People's Committee approved the feasibility study report in Decision No. 6062/QD-UBND dated October 31, 2019.
Based on the project construction plan, currently the project implementing units are focusing manpower, machinery, and equipment to accelerate the construction progress of the project to soon put the project into operation.
Through inspection and review of the site as well as reviewing compensation and site clearance support dossiers of the project, the Phu Cat Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board discovered that there are still some households that have received compensation and support money and signed minutes of handover of the site to the investor to implement the project, but so far households and individuals have not yet collected crops and assets on the land to hand over the site to the investor to construct and implement the project.
To ensure the project implementation progress, the Phu Cat Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board requests households to collect all trees, crops and assets on land and hand over the site before March 15, 2026 for the investor to construct and implement the project.
After March 15, 2026, if households have not complied with the relocation of assets, trees and crops on the land plot that has been paid and committed to handing over the site, the Phu Cat Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board will coordinate with agencies, departments and construction units to carry out project construction according to the plan.
