On November 8, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that it had agreed on the policy of organizing the Bai Tien - Vinpearl Nha Trang electric bus route without subsidies from the state budget for a period of 5 years of operation.
Currently, the Department of Transport will take the lead in implementing procedures related to the announcement of route opening and exploitation in accordance with current procedures and regulations; take the lead in synthesizing results and promptly reporting and advising the Provincial People's Committee on issues arising during the implementation process.
It is known that the Bai Tien - Vinpearl electric bus route is divided into 2 directions: Route 1: Bai Tien - Pham Van Dong Street - Tran Phu Street - Vinpearl Nha Trang and vice versa (expected to have 14 stops to pick up and drop off passengers on the route).
Route 2: Cam Ranh Airport - Nguyen Tat Thanh - Nguyen Duc Canh - Hoang Dieu - Tran Phu - Vinpearl Nha Trang and vice versa (expected to have 18 stops to pick up and drop off passengers on the route).
The stops will take advantage of existing stops serving bus routes. At points without stations, the transport unit will invest in adding columns, signs, and lines.
