At the meeting, delegates discussed the difficulties and obstacles in implementing the 10% growth target, disbursing public investment capital, construction material sources, planning and deployment of key projects.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa emphasized that the pressure to complete the 10% growth target is still very high, requiring departments, branches, and localities to focus on removing bottlenecks, accelerating the disbursement of public investment, budget revenue, industrial production, import and export, and investment attraction.
Provincial leaders requested to concretize the growth scenario by sector and field; create a clear change in disbursement of public investment capital right in June; accelerate the progress of expressway projects and build inter-level boarding schools in border communes.
Along with that, the province will review and remove difficulties in construction material sources, accelerate planning work, proactively prevent and combat natural disasters and prepare contents to serve the regular meeting in mid-2026 of the Provincial People's Council.
