The Department of Finance is the standing agency of the working group, responsible for advising, urging, and synthesizing the general report of the working group.
Departments and branches proactively assign department-level leaders under their management authority to concurrently perform tasks to help the working group ensure proactiveness and flexibility in assigning work.
The working group is responsible for regularly monitoring and grasping the progress of project implementation, site clearance progress, public investment disbursement progress in the city, especially the progress of implementation of key projects and large and important projects of the city;
Direct and effectively implement the Prime Minister's decisions, resolutions of the City People's Council and decisions of the City People's Committee on public investment capital plans, promote the completion of the medium-term and annual public investment disbursement plan assigned.
The working group directs and guides the resolution of difficulties and problems in the project implementation process according to the provisions of the law on public investment, construction, land, etc. to promote the progress of implementation and disbursement of public investment capital;
Inspect, urge and remove difficulties and obstacles for works and projects with low public investment disbursement rates compared to the average disbursement rate of the city; synthesize difficulties and obstacles in the project implementation beyond the authority of departments and branches, report to the Chairman of the City People's Committee and the City People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
Urge and speed up the implementation of project investment procedures and site clearance for projects, especially key projects and projects with large capital plans.
In addition, the working group advised the City People's Committee on solutions to promote the disbursement of public investment capital in the city to complete the set goals.
