Ensure absolute security and safety for people, especially the site of commemorative activities in the city, protect independence and sovereignty in cyberspace; fight against bad and toxic information on social networking platforms. Closely coordinate with competent authorities to promptly detect and strictly handle acts of taking advantage of commemorative activities that cause disorder and disorder.
Assign the Department of Health to direct and guide the implementation of activities to ensure disease prevention and control, environmental sanitation, and food safety; be ready to deploy response forces when epidemic situations occur; regularly direct environmental sanitation instructions; check drinking water, raw materials, and food used at all locations where commemorative activities take place.
The health sector mobilizes medical facilities, arranges a reasonable force of medical staff and employees, establishes medical teams to be on duty for emergency care throughout the implementation of commemorative activities at all locations in the city; ensures adequate medicine, supplies, equipment, and ambulances; at the same time, directs a number of medical examination and treatment facilities to prepare hospital beds to serve arising situations.
In addition, strengthen information and propaganda work on health insurance; provide full recommendations on disease prevention, environmental sanitation, and food safety to the people; publicly and accurately inform about the locations of health teams on duty at the event locations, ensuring timely support and handling when incidents occur.
