According to a report by the Department of Agriculture and Environment, from January 1, 2026 to April 24, 2026, the unit transferred 49,643 dossiers to the Tax authority to determine financial obligations and received 46,974 settlement results. Of these, 26,900 dossiers were returned on time, while 20,074 dossiers were returned overdue, accounting for 42.23%. In addition, the process of resolving administrative procedures in the land sector still has problems in the electronic process.
Faced with the above situation, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the City Tax Department to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the City Public Administrative Service Center to review and clearly identify the causes and responsibilities of each organization and individual related to the late payment of financial obligation determination results. Along with that, organize self-criticism and handle collective and individual responsibilities for delays; report implementation results before May 25, 2026.
Regarding the inadequacies in the electronic process of resolving administrative procedures in the land sector, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the City Public Administration Service Center to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant units to urgently overcome them, ensuring compliance with legal regulations on land and internal procedures that have been issued.
The city also requests to continue to strengthen administrative discipline and order, improve public service ethics, accountability of cadres, civil servants, and public employees in resolving administrative procedures to serve people and businesses; and at the same time prevent the risk of overdue dossiers in the coming time.
