Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, City Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio, Television Authority, said that the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio, Television Authority is the main press agency of the Capital, with a multi-platform communication ecosystem including television, radio, print newspapers, electronic newspapers and digital platforms, social networks.
With the strong development of the digital media environment, the Agency's journalistic products are not only broadcast on traditional channels but also organized for production and distribution on many platforms such as TikTok, Zalo and other digital platforms. Many journalistic products, programs, and videos of the Agency attract millions of views, thereby significantly expanding public access.

Along with a diverse platform system, the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio and Television Authority has a team of officials, reporters, and editors who are professionally trained and have experience in organizing the production of journalistic products from news, articles, reports to multimedia communication products.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, these are important advantages for the two sides to coordinate in building communication products suitable for each public group, instead of just limiting to single-line information forms.
The Director of the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio and Television Authority emphasized that cooperation with Vietlott is not only about posting promotional information but also towards exploiting the stories and actual activities of businesses to create valuable journalistic products.
Leaders of the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio and Television Authority also requested Vietlott to strengthen the provision of official and complete information to press agencies, especially for issues of public concern or information that may be incompletely and inaccurately understood.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, maintaining a two-way information exchange mechanism will help the press have more basis to fully and objectively reflect the operations of businesses; and at the same time help Vietlott proactively provide information, clarify the nature of issues and protect its brand from misinformation.
From the ecosystem of the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio and Television Authority, information after being verified, produced and released on platforms can continue to spread to press agencies, newspapers and colleagues, thereby bringing official information more widely to the public.
Vietlott expects deeper cooperation
Along with the need to develop business operations, Vietlott also sets out the requirement to provide more clear information about products, operating methods and the business's contributions to the budget and society.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Tu, General Director of Vietlott, said that the Company was approved for establishment in 2011, under the Ministry of Finance and organizes the business of electronic lottery types, prize-winning entertainment games according to legal regulations nationwide.

Revenue from Vietlott's lottery activities is submitted to the local budgets for investment in the fields of health, education, climate change response, new rural construction and social welfare projects.
In addition, Vietlott and the business system, winners and Tam Tai Viet Fund have implemented many social security activities nationwide, with a total value of more than 110 billion VND, focusing on the fields of education, health and rural development.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Tu said that in the process of developing the prize-winning entertainment market in a modern, transparent and responsible direction, the media plays an important role in providing information to people about legal prize-winning entertainment forms as well as the contributions of the lottery industry to society.
Appreciating the strengths and influence of the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio and Television Authority, the General Director of Vietlott expects the cooperation agreement to help official information about the business's operations to be quickly, accurately, and vividly conveyed to a large number of readers and audiences.
According to the agreement, the two sides will coordinate communication about the brand, self-selected lottery products, announce the draw results, prize activities and social security programs of Vietlott.
The content is deployed on many types including print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television and social networking platforms managed by the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio and Television Authority.
The agreement has a cooperation period from August 2026 to the end of December 31, 2030. Specific communication programs and activities will be implemented by the two sides through contracts with appropriate terms.
The signing is expected to create an additional regular coordination mechanism between Vietlott and the main press agency of the Capital, contributing to strengthening official and transparent information about business operations, and at the same time spreading social responsibility programs, making positive contributions to the community.
The two sides coordinate communication in the period 2026-2030, focusing on: Brands, Vietlott products: News, articles, reports on self-selected lottery products, drawing results, prize activities and publicity, transparency. Social responsibility: Spreading social security, charity, education support, health, people in difficult circumstances and community development programs. Multi-platform: Deployed on print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television and social networking platforms of the Hanoi Newspaper and Radio, Television Authority. Cooperation period: From August 2026 to the end of December 31, 2030.
