The purpose of this is to receive and resolve administrative procedures for individuals and organizations at agencies and units.
In addition, based on the actual needs of individuals, organizations and conditions of agencies, units and localities; directors and heads of agencies, units and localities propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider and decide to supplement administrative procedures, agencies, units and localities need to organize work on Saturdays every week to receive and resolve administrative procedures according to regulations.

The Da Lat City Land Registration Office Branch is part of the Lam Dong Province Land Registration Office. This agency handles administrative procedures within its jurisdiction all day on Saturdays.
The Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Fisheries Branch, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development carries out procedures for issuing Quarantine Certificates for animals and terrestrial animal products transported out of the area, all day on Saturday.
For the People's Committee of Da Lat city, administrative procedures are under its authority to be resolved on Saturday mornings.
The Motor Vehicle Inspection Center under the Department of Transport carries out procedures for issuing certificates and technical safety and environmental protection inspection stamps for road motor vehicles; procedures for issuing certificates of technical safety and environmental protection quality for modified motor vehicles, on Saturday mornings.
