Accordingly, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang province coordinated with the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Company Limited to disseminate labor laws at the enterprise to more than 600 new employees at the company.
Mr. Ngo Duc Thang - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Trade Union of Industrial Zones of Bac Giang province conveyed the most basic knowledge of the Labor Code 2019. This is knowledge that helps employees throughout their working process at the enterprise.
Also during these 2 days, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd. also provided knowledge about the Trade Union organization, the rights and obligations of employees when participating in the Trade Union organization. After the training session, the Executive Board of the Trade Union admitted more than 600 new employees to the Trade Union organization.
Mr. Bui Van Truong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Luxshare - ICT Van Trung Co., Ltd. - said that training activities for new employees of the company are organized weekly by the Training and Propaganda Department and the Executive Board of the Company's Trade Union to provide the most basic knowledge about the company's labor regulations, factory safety regulations, rights and obligations when participating in the Trade Union; and strict compliance with the terms signed in the labor contract.
In addition, every month and quarter, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee also invites reporters from the Provincial Labor Federation and the Industrial Parks Trade Union of Bac Giang province to hold conferences to disseminate labor laws, occupational accidents and preventive measures... to the company's employees.
Mr. Truong said that this is a very meaningful activity, helping workers have the most basic knowledge before starting to work at the enterprise; at the same time, they understand more about the Trade Union organization, the rights and obligations of workers when participating in the Trade Union organization.
Because of the attention paid to the development of union members and the implementation of many effective solutions, since its establishment, 100% of employees in the company after the probationary period signed official labor contracts have joined the company's union. At times, the number of union members reached nearly 36,000.
In addition, according to the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, after admission, in order for workers to continue to be attached to and always trust the Trade Union organization, the company's grassroots trade union has had many solutions to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members.
