The People's Committees of communes with dike systems are responsible for reviewing and counting violations, mobilizing and requesting households that violate the regulations to voluntarily dismantle and correct them. Dan Phuong District People's Committee has directed the People's Committees of communes to prepare records to enforce cases of intentional violations. The People's Committees of communes where the dike passes through have directed forces to regularly maintain inspections after the clearance, not allowing households to re-offend.

The District Traffic Inspection Team sends forces and vehicles to coordinate with other forces to handle violations, handle violations of traffic safety and urban order according to their authority.
Dan Phuong Dike Management Department sent staff to join the working group to determine the boundary markers, the area of land reserved for the dike, and the traffic safety corridor for the force to carry out the clearance.
