According to functional agencies, at about 2:30 pm on August 8, at Km140+900 National Highway 26, passing through Ea Knuec commune, Dak Lak province, an incident occurred where a woman showed abnormal signs due to a seizure, causing passersby and family members to help take her home.
According to initial information, the woman is Ms. N.T. A (resident of Ea Knuec commune). At the time of the incident, Ms. A had a seizure and was not aware of her actions.
In a moment of loss of control, Ms. A climbed onto the back of a pickup truck traveling on National Highway 26. Discovering the incident, passersby helped bring her down and put the vehicle in a safe area on the side of the road. After that, people contacted relatives to bring Ms. A home.
According to relatives, Ms. A has a history of illness for many years and currently has a certificate related to mental illness. The family said that the incident happened when Ms. A had a breakdown, lost control of her awareness and behavior.
The incident did not cause any casualties or property damage. The family then took Ms. A home to continue monitoring and care.
