Hanoi City Police are assigned to direct the Police of Ba Dinh and Hoan Kiem wards to coordinate with the police of communes and wards with citizens involved, propagate and mobilize compliance with regulations; handle resolutely, not to cause disorder during the holidays.
The People's Committees of communes and wards where citizens are listed in documents or have potential complicated cases must review and resolve them according to their authority; advise on terminating the receipt of petitions that have expired; at the same time, coordinate with the Citizen Reception Committee and the police force to thoroughly handle situations that cause insecurity and disorder.
