Hanoi City Police have just released official information about a serious accident that killed one person, which occurred on the morning of December 25 in Ha Dong district.
Accordingly, based on investigation documents, the police determined that the accident occurred at around 9:00 a.m. on December 25 on Van Khe Street, Phu La Ward, Ha Dong District.
At the time of the incident, Mr. D.V.B (born in 2005, self-employed, residing in Son Tay town, Hanoi), was driving a motorbike with license plate 33P7-31XX, carrying Mr. D.D.A (born in 2004, residing in Son Tay town, Hanoi) from Le Trong Tan to Cenco5. On Van Khe street, the motorbike driven by Mr. D.V.B collided with a tractor trailer with license plate 15H-025XX, pulling a trailer with license plate 15R-100XX, driven by Mr. L.T.A (born in 1976, residing in Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province) traveling in the same direction.
As a result, the accident caused Mr. D.V.B to die on the spot. 2 related vehicles were damaged.
Immediately after the traffic accident occurred, Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi Traffic Police Department, and Ward Police were present to protect the scene, coordinate with Ha Dong District People's Procuracy to conduct a crime scene investigation, and handle the accident according to regulations.
The police conducted an alcohol and drug test on the L.T.A tractor driver with the following results: No alcohol in the body and negative for drugs; The tractor with license plate 15H-025XX, pulling a trailer with license plate 15R-100XX, was not carrying an overloaded load.
The case is being investigated and handled by Ha Dong District Police according to regulations.
