On January 8, Lam Dong Provincial Police organized the handover of 4 new houses built during the Quang Trung Campaign to households in D'ran commune, Lam Dong province.

The households handed over houses include Mr. Dao Duy Lam, Mr. Nguyen Cong Hien, Mr. Thai Van Thinh and Mr. Do Ngoc Lam. These are all households whose houses were completely collapsed during the floods in November 2025.
During the Quang Trung Campaign, the Ministry of Public Security supported the construction of houses for 30 households whose houses collapsed due to natural disasters, with a total cost of 1.5 billion VND (50 million VND/household). Each newly built house was also supported by the People's Committee of Lam Dong province with an additional 120 million VND.

To help families complete housing construction soon, Lam Dong Provincial Police has assigned professional units including PC01, PC03, PC04, PC06 Departments and D'ran Commune Police to arrange forces and vehicles to directly support households.

Along with that, the local government also paid attention to and coordinated to implement many important tasks, contributing to helping the houses in the Quang Trung Campaign to be completed soon, ensuring progress and quality.
With the spirit of "sometimes the people need, sometimes the people have difficulty with the Police", under the direct direction of the Ministry of Public Security, along with the close leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Lam Dong province, the Provincial Police quickly got involved and synchronously deployed solutions to support people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

In a short time, with the efforts and high determination of the Lam Dong Provincial Police force, along with the close coordination of local authorities and related forces, new houses have been completed, ensuring quality, safety and exceeding the set schedule, helping people soon stabilize their lives.
At the handover ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police sent congratulations to the families who received new houses; and emphasized that D'ran commune is one of the localities heavily damaged by heavy rain in recent times, causing many families to lose their homes and life to face many difficulties.

According to Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, to date, all 27 houses in Quang Lap, Duc Trong, Tan Ha, Lam Ha, D'ran, Hiep Thanh, Ham Thuan Bac communes and Ham Thang ward in the Quang Trung Campaign undertaken by Lam Dong Provincial Police have been completed.
It is expected that on January 9, the Provincial Police will continue to organize the handover of the last houses out of 27 houses, exceeding the set schedule.
As Lao Dong Newspaper has reported, natural disasters at the end of 2025 caused 41 houses in Lam Dong province to collapse, collapse, and be completely swept away, forcing them to be rebuilt; 84 other houses were heavily damaged and need repairs.
Faced with the urgent situation, Lam Dong province has deployed 2 phases of the Quang Trung Campaign, mobilizing the involvement of the entire political system. Police and military forces have quickly deployed the campaign in the spirit of speed and decisiveness.
The assigned units continue to closely follow the area, strengthen inspection and urge progress, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and are determined to complete the projects on time, ensuring quality and safety; thereby building warm homes of military-civilian affection, helping people soon stabilize their lives.
