Accordingly, in the afternoon of September 22nd and morning of September 23rd, heavy rain occurred on a large scale in Trang Bom ward.
The amount of rainwater pouring in quickly caused localized flooding in many areas, especially in Song Trau 1 and Song Trau 2 neighborhoods, directly affecting daily life, causing some households to have water overflowing into their houses.
Police, military forces and mass organizations of Trang Bom ward urgently went to the scene, coordinated with local forces to approach deep flooded points, support people to move belongings, household items and bring households in dangerous flooded areas to safe places; at the same time, guide and warn in deep flooded areas, at risk of unsafety; clear flow, remove obstacles and support vehicles to circulate through flooded locations.
Currently, local authorities are still on duty 24/24h, closely monitoring weather developments to promptly support people to stabilize their lives after heavy rain.
