Previously, on July 23, 2025, at the National Children's Hospital (Hanoi), Major General Tran Van Phuc - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - and representatives of the leaders of a number of professional departments of the Provincial Police visited, encouraged and provided support to Hoang Nhat Minh (10 years old) - one of the lucky survivors of the QN-7105 Blue Bay tourist boat capsize in Ha Long Bay on July 19, 2025.
Hoang Nhat Minh, currently residing in Hoang Mai, Hanoi, is a student at Chu Van An Primary School. In the tragic accident, Minh lost a loved one and is being treated at the National Children's Hospital with many psychological trauma.
Sharing about Minh's special situation, Major General Tran Van Phuc expressed his deep sympathy and encouraged him to strive to overcome difficulties, soon stabilize his spirit and health to continue studying and growing up.
The Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police affirmed that the Quang Ninh Police force not only plays the task of protecting security and order but also always accompanies and shares with the less fortunate fates.
At the visit, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, Major General Tran Van Phuc presented the support amount of 200 million VND and sponsored Hoang Nhat Minh until he grew up.
