On November 11, implementing Resolution 26 of the Central Public Security Party Committee on developing science, technology and digital transformation in the People's Public Security force, the Quang Tri Provincial Police officially put into operation the "Digital certificate management software and electronic account search". This is considered a breakthrough in administrative reform and digital transformation of the local public security sector.
Previously, the management of digital certificates in the Provincial Police was still limited, depending on paper records and manual processes, causing time-consuming and difficulty in synchronization. The search for leadership and command records also mainly relies on disjointed data files or printed documents, leading to lack of flexibility and slow updating.
From that reality, the Provincial Police Department has researched and built new management software with many outstanding features. Specifically, the system allows units to register, issue, and update digital certificate information online, helping to minimize administrative procedures and save time. At the same time, the software also integrates the function of quickly looking up the leader and commander lists of all forces, supporting the work of commanding, operating and coordinating tasks.
Regarding security, data is managed centrally, applying a strict decentralization mechanism, ensuring absolute safety according to industry regulations.
After nearly a month of operation, the system has recorded more than 4,000 visits and processed 500 digital certificate records online. Units in the entire force highly appreciate the convenience, transparency and quick updating of the software.
According to the representative of the Provincial Police Department, the deployment of software is not only a simple application of technology but also demonstrates the spirit of innovation, creativity and determination to modernize information management in the police force.
In the coming time, the unit will continue to upgrade and add new features, while strengthening guidance and training so that the software can maximize efficiency, contributing to building an increasingly disciplined, elite and modern provincial police force.
