On November 6, the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police coordinated with Binh My Commune Police, Binh Son Commune Police and related units to organize a campaign to clear the safety corridor for railway and road traffic on the routes in the area.
Accordingly, in Binh My commune, there are still many locations where people arbitrarily open the path across the railway. The above illegal intersections pose a high risk of traffic accidents, especially in areas with high density of trains and limited visibility.
To clear the traffic safety corridor, the authorities have installed a system of prohibition and barrier signs and removed 13 self-opened crossings. At the same time, organize propaganda and mobilize people to move through level crossings according to regulations.
In Binh Son commune, functional forces have also focused on launching and clearing road traffic safety corridors in the area; propagating and mobilizing people and businesses along the route at Km106 Vinh Tu bridge to Km112 intersecting with Road 495B of Binh Son commune to not encroach on the roadway, sidewalks, and voluntarily dismantle advertising signs, covers, markers, and obstacles violating road traffic safety corridors. At the same time, strictly comply with the provisions of the road traffic law, do not re- encroach after being cleared.
