Accordingly, the fire broke out at around 1:40 a.m. on August 20, at Bao Trong auto repair garage (on Cat Linh Street, Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh Province) owned by Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan (born in 1985).
On the morning of August 20, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of Hoa Lu Ward People's Committee said that after discovering the fire, the authorities arrived in time to put out the fire. At around 2:45 a.m., the fire was under control.
At the time of the fire, there was only Mr. P.V.H, born in 1997 (a painter) sleeping in this garage.
The consequences of the fire caused Mr. H's death; 6 cars in the garage were burned, and many other properties were burned down.
The cause of the incident is currently being clarified by the authorities.
