Hai Phong - On August 8, the City Police held an inauguration ceremony for the independent working headquarters and the DNA Assessment Center at the Criminal Techniques Department.

With the attention of the Party Committee - Director of Hai Phong City Police Department, the Criminal Techniques Department was arranged to work independently, with the function of offices, command rooms, and laboratories to install machinery and professional equipment to meet professional requirements.

Including the DNA Assessment Center equipped by the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security, to serve the expansion of national criminal museum and gene projects, with the goal of building a synchronous and modern biochemical and genetic assessment system...

At the inauguration ceremony, Major General Nguyen Tien Nam - Director of the Institute of Criminal Science, Ministry of Public Security and Colonel Bui Trung Thanh - Deputy Director of Hai Phong City Police requested the collective leadership and officers of the Criminal Techniques Department of the City Police to constantly improve their professional qualifications, uphold the sense of responsibility in work, manage, operate, and effectively exploit the new office and DNA Assessment Center, contributing to effectively serving the investigation and prosecution of crimes.
