Aiming to stabilize people's lives after floods, on October 11, Trung Gia Commune Police (Hanoi City) mobilized all officers and soldiers to coordinate with functional forces of Hanoi City Police, the Capital Command and military units stationed in the area to organize many activities to support people to overcome the consequences of floods.
Immediately after the water began to recede, Trung Gia Commune Police proactively reviewed each deeply flooded area, coordinated with the Commune Civil Defense Command and support forces to approach each household, instructing people to return home safely.
In many villages in the commune, officers and soldiers of the Commune Police along with militia and youth union members have urgently participated in cleaning up mud, collecting waste, disinfecting, and transporting furniture to help affected households.

In parallel with supporting the people, the Commune Police also closely coordinated with the military, fire prevention and fighting and rescue forces to deploy plans to ensure security and order in flooded areas, direct traffic, warn of landslide risks, and ensure absolute safety for people and property.
During the recent peak days of floods, dozens of officers and soldiers of Trung Gia Commune Police were on duty at 100%, closely following the area, coordinating with units under the City Police and the Capital Command to promptly evacuate nearly 1,000 households from the danger zone, protecting the safety of more than 4,000 temporarily isolated households.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 10, while helping people overcome the consequences of storms and floods in flooded areas in the area, Trung Gia Commune Police received information and promptly helped an injured resident to go to the emergency room.
Mr. T.Q.S (born in 1983, in Trung Kien village, Trung Gia commune) is a resident of the flooded area. While cleaning up mud and transporting furniture in the living area, he was stabbed by a sharp object in the knee area, leading to a lot of bleeding, suspected of a broken tendon.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Commune Police force, which is handling the consequences of storms and floods, quickly coordinated with other forces to approach and provide first aid to Mr. S, then used a special vehicle from the Ministry of Public Security to support him to take him to Bac Thang Long Hospital for treatment. Mr. S's health is now stable.
