Declare a natural disaster emergency to repair damage to traffic infrastructure on National Highway 1, Truong Son Dong road section through Da Nang city, Quang Ngai province, Gia Lai province, Dak Lak province and Khanh Hoa province.
These sections of road are under the management of Road Management Area III due to the impact of heavy rain and floods from November 17, 2025 to November 22, 2025.

The Vietnam Road Administration and Road Management Area III, according to their scope and management responsibilities: Deploy activities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters as prescribed.
In particular, reviewing and specifically determining the level of damage to road works caused by natural disasters, solutions for repair and remediation and issuing orders for construction of emergency works to overcome the consequences of natural disasters according to the provisions of law; when the construction of emergency works is completed, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters according to the above natural disaster emergency situation, the Vietnam Road Administration reports to the Ministry of Construction to serve as a basis for considering and announcing the end of the natural disaster emergency situation.
The Director of the Vietnam Road Administration and the Director of Road Management Area III are responsible to the Minister of Construction and before the law for the contents of reporting damage and damage to traffic infrastructure at the following locations:
Km112+720; Km175C+950; section Km404+800 - Km405+000; Km449+100; Km462+250 on Truong Son Dong road and Km1339+300 (P); Km1360+860 (P); Km1371+100 (P) on National Highway 1 through Da Nang city, Quang Ngai province, Gia Lai province, Dak Lak province and Khanh Hoa province due to the impact of heavy rain and floods from November 17, 2025 to November 22, 2025.
