On November 24, the People's Committee of Dan Hoa commune (Quang Tri province) said that a collision had just occurred in the area, causing National Highway 12A to be congested for many hours.
At about 10:00 a.m. the same day, at km160+500 in Dan Hoa commune, a tractor with Lao license plate 38xx towing a trailer with 12xx license plate driven by Mr. Phan Binh Truong (born in 2008, residing in Kim Lu village, Dong Le commune, Quang Tri province) in the direction of Khe Ve intersection to Cha Lo international border gate suddenly collided with another tractor-trailer.
The incident caused the tractor-trailer to be severely damaged, lying across the road, and traffic on National Highway 12A was congested for a long time. It was not until after 1:00 p.m. the same day that the authorities completed the handling, cleared the scene and cleared the route.
Fortunately, the accident did not cause any human casualties.
