On June 6, Long Thanh Ward People's Committee just publicly posted the Plan for expected compensation and support for cases under the project to upgrade road 25B section from Nhon Trach Ward Center to National Highway 51 implemented by Dong Nai City Land Fund Development Center - Long Thanh Branch.
This is the 8th phase publicly listed by Long Thanh Ward People's Committee, including 5 cases.
The project to upgrade and expand road 25B, the section from the center of Nhon Trach ward to National Highway 51, with a length of more than 9 km, with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, started in December 2024.
The project to upgrade and expand road 25B and along with the road 25C construction project are 2 key projects of the city to serve connection with Long Thanh airport, passing through the area of 2 wards Long Thanh and Nhon Trach.
Chairman of Dong Nai City People's Committee Nguyen Van Ut requested localities to coordinate to soon hand over the entire site of the remaining area in order to complete the project by the end of June 2026.
According to the plan, roads 25B and 25C will connect Long Thanh airport through National Highway 51 to the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, Ring Road 3 of Ho Chi Minh City, reducing the load on the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway.
