Due to the impact of storm No. 11 ( Matmo), in the provinces, including Bac Ninh, there will be prolonged heavy rain causing deep flooding on many roads.
The Traffic Police of Bac Ninh Province Police have been warning of rain to direct traffic, guide traffic, help people move, and evacuate property safely.
At the gate of the Voi Hospital (Km104+300 - Km105+300, National Highway 1A, Lang Giang commune): The water level was 40-50cm deep, motorbikes and cars could not move through. Traffic police are directly regulating traffic, supporting the transportation of people and vehicles through deeply flooded areas, ensuring safety.
In Bo Ha commune, Yen The, Dong Ky: Many inter-commune roads are deeply flooded, people should not try to travel through the high water.
National Highway 31 and Provincial Road 291 (Tuan Dao - Van Son - Cam Dan commune section): Water rises, many sections are cut off, posing a potential risk of landslides and roadbed drift.
On the Thuong and Cau rivers: Water levels continue to rise rapidly, the flow is strong. The waterway police are deploying specialized boats to patrol, issue warning speakers, support people to anchor boats, tie up goods and assets, and avoid strong currents.
The Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police recommends to the people:
Minimize travel through deeply flooded areas, especially at Km104+300 - Km105+300 (QL1A) and QL31, DT291, DT294C routes
Do not drive through areas with fast-flowing water, avoid the risk of losing control and drifting.
Ship and boat owners proactively anchor safely, reinforce anchor ropes, and follow the instructions of the Waterway Police force.
Bac Ninh Traffic Police continue to fight 100% of the army, organize traffic flow, support rescue of people, ensure traffic safety during storms.
