According to information transferred, on the evening of September 13, a sleeper passenger car with license plate 79F-001. xx operating in Khanh Hoa province showed signs of carrying animals in the luggage compartment.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department directed Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station to urgently verify and arrange forces to inspect vehicles.
At Km 1413 National Highway 1, belonging to Bac Ninh Hoa commune, the working group of Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station stopped and inspected a sleeper bus with license plate 79F-001. xx.
The vehicle was driven by Mr. T.H.D. (born in 1987, residing in Gia Lai).
Through inspection, functional forces determined that the driver had the act of transporting animals on a passenger car.
Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station made a record of administrative violation against Mr. T.H.D. according to regulations.
With the above behavior, the driver was fined from 3-5 million VND and had 2 points of his driver's license deducted.
The Traffic Police force temporarily seized the driver's license to ensure the enforcement of the penalty decision according to regulations.
